note 32373 added to installation

Some building PHP with LDAP support and MySQL and without SSL (at current version 4.3.1) may encounter an error regarding an undefined reference to EVP_idea_cbc while checking for libmysqlclient. The problem is that the new version of LDAP seems to link against SSL, but has no link flags to pass to MySQL.
