note 32398 added to function.mail

Having problems with ! signs and broken lines in strange places in your mail? As stated earilier: "RFC 821 prohibits lines longer than 998 bytes, and requires that all servers be able to accept 998-byte lines." I had longer lines in my mail and the system gave the "error" of setting a ! sign and breaking the line after 998 chars in the sent email... I just spend 2½ hrs. on finding this error. Because when I printed the same HTML-mail to the screen if gave me the right text.
