Regarding imagecopyresizedbicubic above...
After installing php4.3.2 with native gd2 support (and removing GDLS_FETCH() from the function),
this function segfaults when calling gdImageColorClosest() (or even gdImageColorResolve()).
I wrote a simple C test program emulating it, which would also segfault if I didn't define
im_dst early on with something like:
im_dst = gdImageCreate( x, y );
after which everything worked OK.
Still, regardless of what I did in ext/gd/gd.c for imagecopyresizedbicubic, I still get a
segfault...
