what in the hell it saids only one use of each socket address (protocol/network address/ports) is
normally permitted. :make_socket: could not bind address to 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets
available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
i don't know how this is happening and i've tried to configure apache with php for a long
time but it still will not work!
