It seems that for Win32, an additional line may be added in the [mail] section, to have it run:
sendmail_path, which is by default to /usr/bin/sendmail, but might be
set to others values (such as </var/qmail/bin/sendmail>) for other systems or mail tools...
I don't know which one to use for Windows+outLook or exchange, if someone knows...
