----
This function is often restricted by the safe_mode used on PHP web hosting providers, so you cannot
change the time limit (most providers limit your scripts at 20 to 30 seconds)
Some paranoid providers also restrict the use of set_user_abort(): this creates a big security issue
for hosted web sites, because set_user_abort() allows safe atomic update operations on critical
files, provided that your script runs in a time lower than the time limit required by the provider.
All web hosting providers should use the safe_mode by default on servers shared by multiple
customers. But they should not restrict set_user_abort() or any visitor of the hosted web site can
corrupt critical files or databases used by hosted web sites!
