all my PHP scripts that starts with an if statements always outputs an error "undefined
variables..."!i only downloaded some of sample applications and it also has the same problem
even if it is only a single page
e.g.
if (!$choice){
GenerateHTMLHeader("Click below to access the Patient Record Book");
GenerateFrontPage();
} else if ($choice == "Search Patient Record "){
GenerateHTMLHeader( "Search using the following criteria:" );
GenerateHTMLForm( 0, "search.php", "SEARCH" );

GenerateHTMLHeader( "Please fill in fields: (Name and E-mail mandatory)" );
