imagerotate has a bug. If you rotate a photo twice with angle 270. The first time, it's fine.
But if you do it again on a rotated image, it will fail. BTW, angle 90 is fine. I did three times on
an image and no problem. (I am using PHP 4.3.2)
Also, after the rotate, the image size increased a lot.
