note 32636 added to function.rand

Inspired by the many useful tips posted by other users, I wrote a flexible, arbitrary, random character generator, which also produces random color values in decimal or hexadecimal format. The procedure is encapsulated as a PHP function named randchar(). You're welcome to freely download the randchar() source code at http://www.industrex.com/opensource/randchar.phps ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.rand.php Edit Note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+32636 Delete Note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+32636&report=yes Reject Note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+32636&report=yes
