If a quote mark finds its way into the message text, say, through a web form, it will cause a
premature truncation of the message. I use a simple function to convert quote marks to tick marks,
as follows:
$message=str_replace("\"", "'", $message);
Just include this after assembling the $message, but before invoking the mail() function.
