Language Constructs
PHP has a number of language constructs, things that look like functions but are really just program
text with a specal meaning to php. Because they're not really functions, you are somewhat
restricted in what you can do with them. For example, you can't execute language constructs
using variable functions.
Here's a list of some (but probably not all) of PHP's language constructs:
