The thing I found to be very unclear when learning how to use the file upload feature is where to
upload to.
Basically, you can upload to any file on your server....AS LONG AS THE FILE PERMISIONS FOR THE FILE
YOU ARE WRITING TO ARE SET TO WRITE.
The easy way to do this is to chmod the file to 777. Also, some FTP programs and server control
panels allow you to do it through there.
Either way, you can set the file to be writable by the user, group, or world....you want the file to
be writable by the world.
