I had a big trouble trying to create thumbnails of jpeg/png pictures width imagecreate().
The colors of the pictures were seriously damaged in the newly created thumbnails, a bit like if the
image was compressed in jpeg with a 10% quality compression.
The probleme is very easy to solve, by using imagecreatetruecolor() instead if imagecreate().
Using imagecreatetruecolor(); will "protect" the original colors (I mean do a correct
compression/color resolving) and will be able to works with any pic modification function
(imagecopyresized(), etc...)
