rewinddir() resets PHP's internal pointer to the 1st entry in a directory. The counterpart to
rewind() which uses a directory handle. Since the directory functions, chdir(), rmdir(), mkdir(),
etc, take a path string directly instead of directory handle this function doesn't seem to get
much action. Just an observation...
