When using Win-Apache 1.3.9 binaries made available for downloading, php seems to only be able to
run as a CGI script and not as a Apache module. Althogh I have read that recompiling Apache for
Windows with php included lets it run as a module, it is not clear if there is a way to get either
php3 or php4beta to run as a dynamically loaded module with currently available Win-Apache binaries.
If this can be done, there are no instructions anywhere on how to do it.
