Regarding using radioactive decay and other physical sources of randomness:
Yes, using physical phenomena from a web site gives you better random numbers, but NOT FOR SECURE
USES. Why? Because if you get them off the Internet, so can an attacker. If you want a good
compromise that doesn't involve buying your own high-resolution scientific measurement
equipment, there are systems that collect entropy from things like the time between successive key
presses or TCP connections.
