When require_once() fails (because the required file does not exist), it gives the warning:

No such file or directory in /Users/path/file.php
on line 3
PHP then throws a fatal error:
Fatal error: main() [function.main]:
Failed opening required 'include/path/file.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in
/Users/path/file.php on line 3
In both cases, "[function.main]" is linked to this page.
