I cannot open file for binary. For example:
$file = fopen("test.fil", "wb");
$data = 4;
fwrite($file, $data, 2);
fclose($file);
The code is supposed to write 2 bytes to the file in binary mode. However, it turns out that it
wrote it in text mode.
