This function calculates Easter in the Gregorian calendar, as followed by the Catholic church and
many other Western churches. The Eastern Orthodox churches still use the Julian calendar to
calculate easter, so to get the Gregorian calendar date for Easter in those churches, you have to
do:
$easternEaster = jdToJulian(unixToJD(easter_date($year)));
That will return a string of the form Month/Day/Year like "4/7/2003"
