The best way to approach this php_ldap.dll-issue is to relax.
Re-extract your php-zip-file into the intallation directory. Get your php.ini set-up correctly,
without any referrals to winnt\system32. Restart the webserver without loading any php-extensions.
Then it's a matter of luck really.
Copying the dll's to the suggested directory winnt\system32 is not really necessary, or is it,
isn't winnt\system32\dllcache a good idea as well ?
Then restart the webserver without loading any php-extensions.
edit php.ini to load the php_ldap.dll extensions.
Restart the webserver.
It should be working now.
