note 33427 added to faq.installation

i've ty each steps from the installation manual i've read all from this page and there is no way i can make work PHP how can i make run php on win2k with IIS?? when i configure the app mapping the message is "The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
