Remember - you must always place the GET variables after the path information! This may seem
obvious to most, but it stumped me for a while (some code was generating the URL in the wrong
order.)
download.php?id=1234/filename.zip makes id = "1234/filename.zip", and you have no path
info.
download.php/filename.zip?id=1234 works as expected.
