Library php_mssql.dll is where has to be, but PHP cannot load it. SQL Server drivers are installed
and MSDE 2000 is running on my machine.
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.1.1 Content-type: text/html
PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\program

The line of code I used, is the following:
<?
$db = mssql_connect("MyComp","myUserName","myPassword");
?>
