note 33677 added to install.windows

subject: error message while loading module php4apache2.dll under Windows XP, Apache 2.0.46 and PHP 4.3.2 Hi all, as many others I had severe problems loading the module php4apache2.dll into Apache Server under Windows XP. Whatever I tried - I still received an error message which says that the module php4apache2.dll can not be found. After nearly going nuts about that I found the really simple solution: It's not the file php4apache2.dll which causes Apache to abort with this error message, it's the file php4ts.dll! Apache does not prompt this file as the causing problem, but it is!! Simply copy the file php4ts.dll into your Windows directory (I tried WINDOWS/SYSTEM32) and Apache will load the module php4apache2.dll without any errors. Hope to help some of you avoiding hours of boring analysis ...
