In PHP 5.0.0 Beta 1 the bundled MySQL support was removed.
(see changelog http://se.php.net/ChangeLog-5.php)
I dont know why they did that, perhaps it was too large, or that it was some error in the beta with
the MySQL lib.
Anyway, people with no ability to compile their own version of PHP5b1 cant use MySQL.
(bundled means built-in, and that means most windows users)
