PHP 5beta1 runs perfectly on my win2ksp3 with either Apache 1.3.27 or Apache 2.0.46.
At first i got the message that the structure of the php4apache.dll wasn't recognised.
I had to change this in the httpd.conf:

For Apache 2.0.46
LoadModule php4_module c:/pathto/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll
into
LoadModule php5_module c:/pathto/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll
-----------------------------------------------------
And For Apache 1.3.27
LoadModule php5_module c:/pathto/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
into
LoadModule php4_module c:/path/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
and
AddModule mod_php4.c
into
AddModule mod_php5.c
-----------------------------------------------------
Probably some people will stumble on this one like i did...
