'scripts/common.php'' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\\php4\\pear') in C:\\Program Files\\Apache Group\\Apache2\\htdocs\\fun\\admin\\test.php on line 3 The common file does exist in the directory specified, and Apache does have read/write permissions over the specified file and directory.
