Compiling PHP 4.3.2 with PayFlow Pro support doesn't appear to work:

configure: error: The pfpro extension requires version 2 or 3 of the SDK

The SDK is 3.0, which is the latest version available from Verisign. I attempted to compile with
and without the 'shared' parameter, with the same error. System OS is RH 9. One of my
boxes running RH 8.0 had no problems compiling PayFlow Pro support into PHP 4.3.1.
