note 34035 added to index

This is a request concerning the manual itself, but I didn't know where else to send it. I think that the GD Image Functions should be documentet in Lower and Upper case for easier legibility. It is so hard to find a function, even if you know the name. So instead of: --imageistruecolor it could be --ImageIsTrueColor PHP isn't case sensitive on the functions anyway. So please don't just delete this message but forward it to the concerning people.
