Running PHP 4.1.2 and Apache 1.3.26 on Debian 3.0/woody (LordSutch mini ISO) with the latest testing
updates. Setlocal required me to
apt-get install locales and then
dpkg-reconfigure locales. After this the function worked for me, but it didnt
seem very reliable. When refreshing a page several times the locale switched from english to dutch
and back and sometimes keeps switching randomly. Ive also tried to set the locale back to
en_US at the end of the script, didn`t make a difference.
