Although I am no expert in the English language, I find it rather inappropriate to use the word "between" in the explanation of the function above. Let me quote: "If you want a random number between 5 and 15 (inclusive), for example, use rand (5, 15)." To my best understanding, if this function returns a minimum value of 5 and maximum value of 15, it ought to read "from 5 to 15" and not "between 5 and 15". The phrase "between 5 and 15" implies that it produces a minimum value of 6 and maximum value of 14. Adding the word in parenthesis "inclusive" here just makes the statement conflict itself, and besides, not many people tend to notice things in parenthesis.
