Warning! There is a bug with base_convert when you try to convert a float number:
print(base_convert(16, 10, 2));
// Return, correctly, 10000
but
print(base_convert(16.2, 10, 2));
// Return 10100010, but the right is 10000.0010...
The bug is valid not only for the base 2, but for ALL the base between 2 and 36
