note 34317 added to ref.session

There may be a major problem when partially using session.use_only_cookies. I set it only under certain conditions (while the visitor may be a spider), and I'm getting merged sessions, and crazy things happening. I would report this as a bug, but I have no clue as to the cause of any of this.
