This function at best is flakey and needs to be redesigned. I have spent the last 4 days trying to
do a simple redirect to another page on my site and nothing. All the docs I have read says I am
doing it right, all the emails lists I have contacted says I'm doing it right. it just simply
does not work. At this point I have just given up on it.
