I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable will be able to help me with this.
I'm working on a web application that requires an executable file on the user's computer
to open when a certain page is opened. They (and I for programming this application) are running
Windows Machines. Mostly XP, but I would also like to know the changes needed for using it on Win2K
as well.
If you would like someting universal for an example, like please tell me how to open notepad.exe or
winword.exe from such a file. I couldn't find a simple example like that, which means
I'll be smacking my head after I'm told.
Many thanks in advanced.
