The
enctype="multipart/form-data"
part in the <form ...> field is very important, if you forget it you won't get the
$userfile, $userfile_name, $userfile_size, $userfile_type veriables set (correctly). So if
you're adding a File Input Field in a form, don't forget to add the above part (I did it
and wondered why the vars were not set correctly).
