note 34578 added to ref.domxml

Hello I'm a beginner in php. Sorry to disturb you but I have two problems and I hope you can help me. I use php 4.3.2(InetPub\Php is my php directory) under windows 2000 server with IIS. I want to manipulate xml file with Php (add some element, modify some element, delete some element and consult some element) but when I try domxml_open_file I obtain system error : Call to undefined function: domxml_open_file() I heard about use --with-dom but I don't see how and about php/win32 directory which I don't see. Can you help me ?
