note 34648 added to install.apache

Hi, today I tried installing php5 beta 1 on apache1.3.27 under redhat9. I did ./configure && make && make install, put the libphp4.so file in the libexec folder on /usr/local/apache and edited the httpd.conf file.. added the LoadModule line save the conf file, restarted the server and everything expecting this to work but it didn't.. can anyone please tell me what the lines for compiling this are?
