note 34664 added to ref.url

Just a note about some of the variables mentioned in the notes on this page -- most of them are $_SERVER[] vars, so you may have pull them from the $_SERVER array. Many of the examples assume register_globals is on, which it isn't by default in recent versions. So, $HTTP_HOST and $REQUEST_URI are actually $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] and $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'].
