i found fgetc will terminate when read '0', that is, if the text file had this:
1234567890987654321
and then use fgetc to read it like
$HANDLER = fopen("TEXT_FILE",'r') ;
while ( ($char = fgetc($HANDLER) ){
print $char;
}
it can only print out 123456789
tried both win32 (php 4.2.3) and linux(php 3.x)
am i some wrong?
