Using Win XP + Apache 2.0.47 + php 4.3.2 windows installer.
I only got it to work by using
ScriptAlias /php "c:/php"
instead of
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
for whatever reason - <shrugs>. But maybe it'll work for some other poor soul, too...
