If you have having problems with request_uri, which is something that IIS doesnt seem to like, you
can use $location = $PHP_SELF . "?" . $HTTP_SERVER_VARS['QUERY_STRING']; which
will get the filename (index.php) and if you have anything after is (?function=foo) so it will end
up being index.php?function=foo. I had alittle problem with request_uri, and this worked perfectly.
