i am using the date function to add a 'timestamp' to a "shoutbox" on my website.
but it is responding with the SERVERS hour of day. Which is 2 hours behind my time. i want it to
respond with MY time. is there a way i can just tell it to respond with a different hour or set a
timezone to get the time from, or something. thanks!
