Running PHP Version 4.0.6 --with-sigchild on SunOS 5.8 (Solaris).
Using ociplogin, ran into a problem querying a view - the the view was recompiled after the plogon
was made. Seemed like PHP had cached it and for every new Oracle session run over the p connection,
the first query to the view failed - after the first is worked.
To fix, required restart of Apache / PHP.
