May seem obvious but put your OCI logins and passwords in PHP variables, in a seperate PHP file, and
reference it from all the other PHP scripts. The biggest advantage is that you will only have one
place to update when you want to change the db login used by the hundreds of PHP scripts you will
now be writing!!!
