ABOVE, ian at NOSPAMeiloart dot com commented
on the additional parameters used since 4.2.1.
The parameter order should be:
OCIFetchStatement($stmt, $results, $skip, $return, $format);
AND
$return - designates the number of rows desired ( ie. the first 10 rows )
