I`m a newbie in PHP and I am having some trouble with mysql_fetch_array, but maybe my problem
evolves beyond the boundries of mysql_fetch_array, but anyway:
I want to display data that is presented in "portal" 1...
check it out:
$sql = "SELECT artikler.dato as date, artikler.tittel as title, artikler.navn as name FROM
artikler, nyhetsportaler WHERE artikler.artikkelid = nyhetsportaler.artikkelid AND
nyhetsportaler.portalid = '1'" ;
$result = mysql_query($sql,$link) ;
while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($result)) {
echo " $row[date] , $row[title], $row[name]" ;
Ideally, this would output 8 rows of data from artikler, but instead it returns 18 * 8 rows of
data...
Any suggestions???
