note 34988 added to function.fread

I had a working download-function using fread(). "Suddendy" it stopped working for large files, it caused a very huge memory and CPU usage, and the client did not get the file. It took me hours to find out that i added a "ini_set('session.use_trans_sid', 1);" meanwhile, and so PHP buffered ALL the output (in my case ~MB...) and parsed it again before sending it to the client to add the SID... So be aware while using transparent SID...
