PHP 4.2.2 seems to have a bug, as it misses a closing '"' in the fourth element of
the array, resulting in something like 'width="100 height="160"'.
To correct this, you may use:
$imginfo = getimagesize($filename);
$width = $imginfo[0];
$height = $imginfo[1];
$dimension = "width=$width height=$height";
