While this is far more flexible than the old imagedashedline() function, the older function had a
desirable capability... namely, in between the dashes was transparent space where the existing image
wouldn't be overdrawn. Is there a masking function for the style that I'm not aware of, or
some way to make certain pixels transparent?
If not, then I suggest that would be a highly useful addition. An alpha mask applied to the style
array could come in handy in a number of places, imo.
